The Gap is a journey to re-align with this inner guidance and live with
presence, passion and purpose. Where we have come from and who we have
been is only half of the story. In Bridging The Gap, we choose always
to choose, to involve ourselves fully in the process of our lives. Our
mission is to educate and inspire people in recovery to live with balance,
success and happiness.

Bridging The Gap is designed to assist
you with making changes by helping you create personal guideposts and
navigation tools. Over the program, you will meet with Kay Kimball, your
personal success coach, for individual telephone coaching sessions where
you will discuss your dreams and desires and develop action steps to lead
you to the life you were meant to live.

Step1 ~ Re-align with
your Essence
Embrace Mindfulness and Compassion
Bridging The Gap begins with an in-depth discovery
quest with Kay where you re-align with your deepest self. Prior to this
session you will have completed a comprehensive packet and some corresponding
reading guaranteed to jumpstart your journey. This is a carefully prepared
intensive curriculum that helps you connect your mind, heart and soul
on behalf of three questions:
- What are you really passionate about?
- What are your natural talents?
- What do you really want out of your life?
Step 2 ~ Reveal triggers
and beliefs blocking your path…
Transmute fear and confusion into truth, freedom and joy
In Step 2, limiting beliefs and triggers are revealed.
What we think about ourselves is reflected in everything we say or do,
so it's important to take time to get a clear picture of who you really
think you are and what beliefs and limits are holding you back.
The best way to keep a prisoner from escaping is to
make sure they never know they are in prison. Many of us live this way,
not even knowing how desperately we are trapped by the stories we tell
to make sense of our experience. What we think of as “truth”
are often just beliefs we have carried around with us for so long that
they feel like reality.
Step 3 ~ Reclaim passion
and purpose…
Shine from the inside out as you embrace wholeness
In Step 3, you will re-claim your essential nature
and gifts of wholeness. You'll learn to take positive action that will
put you on the path to positive feelings. As you move from fear to freedom,
you will be altering your filtering system by shifting your focus and
thereby your choices.
Step 4 ~ Re-center with
your personal mission and vision…
Go where joy takes you every day
As we venture into Step 4, you will re-center by creating
personal mission and vision statements.
One of the top reported fears is the fear of having
lived a meaningless life. Finding your mission then fulfilling your
vision is perhaps the most vital activity in which anyone can engage.
A mission statement is in essence a written-down reason for being, it
says "This is what I am about." Having a mission and vision
are important keys to finding your path in life and actualizing your
dreams.
Step 5 ~ Re-connect with
self-empowerment and bliss…
Follow your personalized roadmap to actualize your dreams
In Step 5 you will re-connect with desire, creativity
and delight as you create your personalized roadmap using your Bridging
The Gap Discovery Journal. This journal creates a fixed reference point
as you revisit your goals, visions and dreams and take steps to turn
your desires into a reality.
